To become an approved investor with FPLP, go to the FORMS section, fill out the Loan Application and fax it to 972/840-1299, Attn: New Applications. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Quick Summary for Obtaining a Loan

Once you have contracted to purchase your property, fax or email the following:

Complete the Loan Request and Property Repair forms
Contract for Sale (TREC or TAR approved form preferred)
Sold comps for subject property, if available

FPLP will contact you at our earliest convenience to review the transaction with you. Once reviewed,

Submit payment for the appraisal and inspection fees. See Terms & Loan Program page for amounts.
After inspection & appraisal is completed, the loan amount will be determined, including rehab funds.
Coordinate closing and funding

FPLP will close the transaction quickly and professionally, and in most cases, provide initial rehab draw.

Inspections are required for all draws.
